CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is not a CET examination. It is, however, a stand alone certificate, attesting to the ability and training of an individual in the sometimes difficult area of service to the customers of various manufacturing and service industries. It is a requirement of the Certified Electronics Service Center. This certification and learning material is currently in the BETA stage, which means that while the certifications issued and learning material sold, there will likely be changes in the next several months that will deal with problems experienced and material added, deleted or modified. The learning material is offered in the following forms:
- Online Study – Accessed from the ISCET Website, as Online Learning, allows a 150 day study window 24/7.
- On disk – Contains the complete study material to run from disc or load to your hard drive.
- Printed – Over 180 pages crammed full of information for the installer of flat screen and home theaters.
- As a “Virtual Classroom” with live instructor piped to your location through the internet using a combination of Video/Audio to provide a seamless classroom environment. Class consists of minimum of 10 students at one time. None given until 10 students are signed up for same course. This course not only covers the information necessary to pass the certification examination, but is up-to-the-minute with installation practices and suggestions on how to solve the difficult situations encountered in this type of installation.
